You can upload these documents directly from your panako account dashboard under Account Settings > Verification. Our team reviews submissions within 30 minutes to 24 hours. You will receive an email notification once your account is fully verified.

On the panako login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link below the login form. Enter the email address or mobile number associated with your account, and we will send you a password reset link or OTP within a few minutes.

If you no longer have access to your registered email or mobile number, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your account details and a copy of your ID so we can verify your identity and assist you manually.

Some account details — such as your registered name and date of birth — cannot be changed after KYC verification, as they are tied to your identity documents. Other details, such as your email address, mobile number, and communication preferences, can be updated from Account Settings.

For changes to core identity information, please contact our support team with supporting documentation. We will review your request and update your records accordingly.

If you wish to permanently close your panako account, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Before closing, make sure to withdraw any remaining balance. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened.

The minimum deposit at panako is ₱100 for most payment methods. GCash and PayMaya deposits have a minimum of ₱100, while bank transfers may have a slightly higher minimum depending on the bank's own transfer limits.

There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though you can set your own deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools in your account settings.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your panako account within seconds. Online bank transfers (InstaPay) usually clear within a few minutes. Over-the-counter payments may take up to two hours to be reflected.

If your deposit has not appeared after two hours, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

panako does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transfer fees. We recommend checking with your payment provider before initiating a transfer if you are unsure about applicable charges.

No. panako requires that all deposits come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and your account being flagged for review. This policy is in place to protect players and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

If your deposit fails, first check whether the funds have been deducted from your payment account. If they have been deducted but not credited to panako, do not attempt to deposit again immediately. Instead, contact our support team at [email protected] with:

  • The date and time of the attempted deposit

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be delayed for several reasons:

  • Your account KYC verification is incomplete or pending review
  • The withdrawal was requested during a weekend or public holiday
  • Additional verification is required for high-value withdrawals
  • There is an active bonus with wagering requirements that have not yet been met

If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 48 hours without explanation, please contact our support team with your withdrawal reference number.

Withdrawal requests that are still in "Pending" status can be cancelled from the Cashier section of your account. Once a withdrawal has moved to "Processing" or "Completed" status, it can no longer be cancelled. If you need to cancel an in-progress withdrawal, contact our support team immediately and we will do our best to assist.

panako does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own incoming transfer fees. We recommend checking with your payment provider if you notice any discrepancy between the amount you requested and the amount received.
